Three teens killed in horror crash as black Audi smashes into them while standing near a bus stop
THREE teenage boys have died after a car smashed into them as they waited near a bus stop in London last night.
The teenagers, all thought to be 16, were standing in a group near a bust stop in Hayes, west London, when a black Audi slammed into the trio at around 8.41pm.
Emergency services raced to the scene but tragically the three were dead at the scene.
Other members of the group were not harmed.
A 28-year-old man who was inside the vehicle was arrested and taken to a west London hospital for treatment.
He will be arrested once he is discharged.
It is not yet known exactly what happened or if there were any other people in the car when it crashed.
Detective Jane Shaw, of the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: “These are horrific circumstances that have resulted in three young people losing their lives; I need anyone who saw what happened to contact police immediately.
“Did you see this Audi before the collision, or in the moments leading it up to it? I would urge you to speak to us to assist us with our investigation.”
