Motorist who caused death of Clive Mauger will avoid jail

Rebecca Miller, 39, was driving along the A229 dual carriageway between Chatham and Maidstone in Kent with a mattress on the roof of her car. It flew off and led to the death of grandfather Clive Mauger.
