The reason for secretely watching porn is because of shame and guilt. we feel guilt about something we did and we feel shame for something we are. Both feelings are connected to messages and expectations of others !

Now this is where it get complicated and I'm crossing my fingers that you do comprehend. one of the lies we are told is that sexuality is natural and there is biological drive that lead us to feel, think and act in particular sexual way. If you believe this which most people do, it follows that when you view porn, then the belief "natures way" in that it is wrong which feels one with shame. This a very common thinking other than the fact that religion and tradition encourage us to believe this, there is no truth to it. Nature has nothing to do with it. Our shame about porn or even sex begins not within inside but from outside of us. We are told that some kind of sexual activity are ok but others are wrong that not wanting any sex is unhealthy, that too much pleasure is wrong, that being too open about sex is a sign of a problem. Porn websites are the most visited in very part of the world from USA to the most religious region in middle east. Do you know that BLUE FILM OR PORN has destroyed so many families and is doing that even to this very moment.That is a lie you just made up.
